Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (printer-friendly version)
makes 6 cups
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons raw peanuts, chopped
raw peanuts to garnish
1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler.
2. Stir in the peanut butter and chopped peanuts.
3. Spoon the melted chocolate into silicone or paper mini muffin holders.
4. Add a peanut half on top of each cup.
5. Chill in the fridge to set.
