Frozen pizza is definitely one of my go-to meal options when I'm feeling lazy and can't think of something to make from scratch for dinner. Since I was eating dinner on my own, I opted to cook up a
9" Full of Life tomato sauce and three cheeses flatbread pizza. I love this brand given the relatively short ingredient list and organically-grown ingredients. In order to amp up the nutrition just a bit more, I topped the pizza with several tomato slices (from a tomato bought at the local farmers' market) before I tossed it in the oven, and then added about a cup of fresh basil leaves from our herb garden once it was out of the oven.
