Today's breakfast was a treat leftover from a weekend trip to Santa Fe -- a pumpkin muffin bought at the
La Montanita Co-op made by
Chocolate Maven, an awesome local bakery that focuses on natural, wholesome, and organic ingredients. D and I had a chance to grab lunch at the cafe later during our Santa Fe adventure; stay tuned for a post about our meal there. To continue that theme, posts this week will focus on my recent trip to New Mexico and how I managed to stay true to my quest to eat fewer processed foods. Lucky for me, Santa Fe is quite the destination for organic and locally-produced foods!
